Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the pktk10 platform, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature or service offered by pktk10, you confirm that you have read and fully understood these Terms and Conditions and that you agree to be bound by them in their entirety.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the pktk10 platform, including visitors who browse the site without a registered account and registered Players who actively use the platform's gaming and betting services.
pktk10 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, pktk10 will notify registered Players via the email address associated with their account or via a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms and Conditions, or to any future revision, your sole remedy is to cease using the pktk10 platform and close your account in accordance with the Account Closure procedures described in Section 8 of this document.
Governing Language: These Terms and Conditions are issued in English. In the event of any ambiguity, the English-language version shall prevail in all interpretations and disputes.

Account Registration & Eligibility
3.1 Eligibility Requirements
To register and maintain an account on pktk10, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. Access to pktk10 is strictly prohibited for individuals under the age of 18, regardless of the legal gambling age in any other jurisdiction.
- You must be registering and using the platform on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
- You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
- You must not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement, either through pktk10 or any third-party responsible gambling scheme, at the time of registration.
- You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
3.2 Registration Process
To create an account, you must complete the pktk10 registration form accurately and in full, providing your real name, a valid email address, date of birth, and your preferred currency and payment method details. You agree that all information provided during registration is truthful, current, and complete.
pktk10 reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason for doing so.
3.3 One Account Policy
Each Player is permitted to hold one and only one registered account on pktk10. If pktk10 identifies that a Player holds multiple accounts — whether registered under the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — all duplicate accounts will be immediately suspended. Any balances or winnings accumulated across duplicate accounts may be forfeited at pktk10's discretion, particularly where duplicate accounts have been used to claim multiple bonuses or otherwise exploit the platform.
3.4 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. pktk10 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account immediately after registration. You must notify pktk10 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. pktk10 cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to maintain reasonable security practices.
3.5 KYC Verification
pktk10 is required to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawals above a defined threshold and may request verification at any time. Acceptable verification documents issued by Bangladeshi authorities include:
- National Identity Card (NID)
- Passport
- Driving licence
- Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement dated within the last three months)
Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe requested by pktk10 may result in withdrawal processing being paused until verification is complete. Accounts that fail KYC review will be subject to suspension pending investigation.

Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
pktk10 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh:

- Cryptocurrency: USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20), Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH)

The availability of specific payment methods may vary and pktk10 reserves the right to add, remove, or modify supported payment methods at any time. Players will be notified of any material changes to payment method availability where reasonably practicable.
4.2 Deposits
The minimum deposit on pktk10 is ৳100 via MFS methods. Minimum deposit thresholds for cryptocurrency and card payments may vary and are displayed at the time of transaction. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. pktk10 does not accept third-party deposits under any circumstances.
Deposits are credited to your pktk10 account balance in real time or within a short processing window depending on the payment method. pktk10 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
4.3 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. Where this is not possible, pktk10 will contact the Player to agree an alternative withdrawal method that passes KYC requirements. Average withdrawal processing times are:
- bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay: Under 10 minutes on average
- USDT / BTC / ETH: Typically within 30 minutes, subject to blockchain confirmation times
- Visa / Mastercard / Bank Transfer: 1–3 business days
Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. pktk10 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times in exceptional circumstances. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 for MFS methods.
4.4 Currency
The primary currency on pktk10 for Bangladeshi players is Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to BDT equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed at the exchange rate applicable at the time of the withdrawal request.
Anti-Money Laundering: pktk10 operates strict anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. Any deposit that cannot be substantiated as legitimately sourced funds may be withheld pending investigation. Players must not use pktk10 as a mechanism to transfer or obscure the origin of funds. Suspected money laundering activity will be reported to the relevant authorities.

Bonuses & Promotions
pktk10 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which are published alongside the relevant offer. In addition, the following general rules apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated in the specific bonus terms.
5.1 Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds awarded by pktk10 are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly on each promotion page. For example, a 30x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means the Player must place ৳30,000 in qualifying wagers before the bonus converts to withdrawable funds.
5.2 Eligible Games and Markets
Not all games and betting markets contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates by game category are as follows unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:
- Slots: 100% contribution toward wagering requirements
- Live Casino table games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette): 10% contribution
- Sports betting (Cricket, Football): 100% contribution on bets with minimum odds of 1.50

5.3 Bonus Abuse
pktk10 actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, using low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk (also known as "bonus hunting" or "arbitrage"), and exploiting promotional errors or system bugs. Any Player found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonus funds and associated winnings forfeited and their account reviewed for potential suspension.
5.4 Expiry of Bonuses
All bonus funds carry an expiry period from the date of issue, typically 7 to 30 days depending on the specific promotion. Bonus funds and any unconverted winnings derived from them will be removed from the Player's account upon expiry. pktk10 will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.
5.5 Modifications to Promotions
pktk10 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn while Players are in the process of meeting wagering requirements, affected Players will be given reasonable notice and a fair opportunity to complete the wagering requirement or have the bonus removed from their account without penalty.
Section 6
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By using the pktk10 platform you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with the following obligations at all times. Breach of any of these obligations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent exclusion from the platform.
6.1 Player Obligations
- You must provide accurate and complete personal information at registration and keep this information up to date at all times.
- You must use the platform only for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment.
- You must not share your account credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access or use your account.
- You must not access or attempt to access the accounts of other Players.
- You must not use the platform if you are subject to any self-exclusion arrangement that covers pktk10 or online gambling platforms generally.
- You must cooperate fully with pktk10's KYC verification process and supply requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe.
6.2 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on pktk10 and will be treated as grounds for immediate account suspension and potential legal action:
- Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, using forged documents, impersonating another individual, or misrepresenting your identity in any way.
- Money Laundering: Using the pktk10 platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or to obscure the origin of funds through gaming transactions.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to manipulate the outcome of casino games or exploit weaknesses in game mechanics.
- Use of Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, automated betting software, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner inconsistent with genuine human play.
- Exploitation of Technical Errors: Taking advantage of software bugs, pricing errors, or system malfunctions. Any bets placed or winnings accumulated as a result of a technical error may be voided by pktk10.
- Underage Gambling: Attempting to register or use the platform if you are under 18 years of age, or knowingly allowing a minor to access your account.
- Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider on a deposit that has already been used for betting activity. Accounts associated with fraudulent chargebacks will be suspended immediately and the matter referred to the relevant authorities.

7.1 General Game Rules

- Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and are displayed within the relevant market at the time of bet placement.
7.3 Malfunctions and Errors
In the event of a malfunction, error, or interruption to a game session or betting market, pktk10 reserves the right to void any bets or game rounds affected by the technical issue. This applies regardless of whether the displayed outcome appeared to be in the Player's favour. Malfunctions void all pays and plays. pktk10 will not be held liable for any financial loss arising from a technical malfunction beyond returning the original stake placed by the Player in the affected round.
7.4 Responsible Gambling in Gameplay

Players are reminded that gambling should be treated as entertainment, not as a means of generating income. Section 8
Account Suspension & Closure
8.1 Voluntary Account Closure
Any Player may request the closure of their pktk10 account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, pktk10 will process the closure within one business day. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding unconverted bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via their verified withdrawal method after all pending wagers are settled.
8.2 Self-Exclusion
Players who wish to exclude themselves from pktk10 for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period of a minimum of six months. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period and cannot be reversed once processed. 8.3 Suspension by pktk10
pktk10 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without advance notice, where it reasonably believes that the Player has breached these Terms and Conditions, engaged in prohibited activities, provided false or misleading information, or where continued operation of the account poses a legal, regulatory, or financial risk to the platform.
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, pktk10 will notify the Player via the registered email address and will endeavour to complete the investigation and communicate the outcome within 14 business days. Any balance legitimately owed to the Player following a completed investigation will be returned after the deduction of any amounts attributable to bonus abuse, fraudulent activity, or chargeback liability.
8.4 Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant after a period of 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, no bet, no deposit). pktk10 will notify the Player via email before applying any dormancy policy. A monthly administrative fee of ৳200 may be deducted from dormant account balances to cover account maintenance costs. Where the account balance reaches zero, the account will be closed. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing any outstanding KYC requirements.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pktk10 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from a Player's use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or financial losses resulting from technical malfunctions, payment processing delays, or platform downtime.
Intellectual Property
All content on the pktk10 platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, interface design, software, text, and game assets provided by pktk10 directly — is the intellectual property of pktk10 or its licensors. Players may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any content from the platform without prior written consent from pktk10.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms and Conditions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable Bonus Terms, constitute the entire agreement between pktk10 and the Player with respect to the use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between the parties.
